After my cut out foam is glued back down, I 'paint' the cutout area with a contrasting color of that "tool dip" rubber stuff. When your are satisfied, carefully pull out the cut foam, and reglue it permanently. I see some companies out there make foam tool box drawer organizers for screwdrivers and pliers. Sockets are a no-brainer, but there just is not an easy way (that I can think of) to do screwdrivers, pliers, or even things like calipers and micrometers. I have been thinking of something like this for some time now. I have several workstations with duplicate tools, and then of course some specialty stuff.
I'd like to come up with an elegant way to organize the drawers in the toolboxes in the shop.
